The history of Kapa‘a is told in the mo‘olelo (stories) of Mo‘ikeha. Mo‘ikeha is the name of the north stream in Kapa‘a. The name comes from the ali‘i (chief) from Kahiki (Tahiti) who was a skilled waterman and navigator.
Walk through Old Kapaʻa Town and visit the restaurants, shops, and services on Kauaʻi's East Side.
